D&D Live 2020 Announced
May 22, 2020
Written by Jamie Galea
With the world under lockdown, it’s the perfect time for all sorts of gaming, be it video games or even tabletop gaming, or even watching people play games. Wizards of the Coasts are well aware of this, and with their upcoming D&D Live event happening from June 19 – 21, they’re bringing a heap of celebrity players and DM’s together virtually for a good cause: play games and raise money for Red Nose Day.
The talent on offer is particularly big, with actors such as David Harbour (Stranger Things), Brandon Routh (Legends of Tomorrow), Deborah Ann Woll (Daredevil), Janina Gavankar (The Way Back), and Matthew Lillard (Twin Peaks). There’ll even be a WWE game featuring the crew from UpUpDownDown’s Rollout crew. Aside from panels talking about Dungeons & Dragons, fans can donate to Red Nose Day and gain access to future sessions and an advance look at D&D’s latest story setting.
